- Deadline for bids is 2:00pm on November 24th (start of the Fall General Meeting)
- Successful bidders will be notified by 6:00pm November 24th
- Payment must be received from successful bidders within 24 hours - cash, cheque (if bidder known) or bank draft.
- Removal of assets will be no later than 5:00pm on November 30th (at successful bidders expense)
- Equipment will not / may not be stored on the Wapiti Nordic leased land beyond November 30th
