Christine
Christine loves XC skiing and is an avid advocate for this life long recreational activity! She is a CANSI Level One instructor and teaches classic technique in group and private lessons. Personal experience (coming from Northern Ireland where there is minimal snow!) has taught her the importance of investing time to learn the basic fundamentals of XC skiing to get the most enjoyment out of it. She took adult ski lessons with the Birkebeiner Society in Edmonton for four years and has completed the 31km and 55km Birkie events. Christine considers XC skiing at Wapiti Nordic her "church" and thrives when trail running, snowshoeing or hiking with friends in the mountains.
Take a lesson with one of us - you won't regret it!
