Register for a Snowshoe Tour
Snowshoe Tour Dates:
February Edition!
​Tour Dates: DROP IN DATES AVAILABLE**
Saturdays @10am- Feb. 4, 11, 25, Mar. 4 or   
Sundays @ 10am- Feb. 5, 12, 26, Mar. 5      

(10 spots available per tour)- registration is open!
 Wapiti Nordic Ski Club is proud to offer dedicated snowshoeing trails at our facility. They can be easily accessed from the picnic shelter (just off the parking lot at the lodge) and then follow the signs - see the trail map for details.  We also offer snowshoe rentals for both adults and youth and Snowshoe Tours. Rentals can be pre-booked online or purchased via drop in.

  • a group led snowshoe experience on the multiuse trail system @ Wapiti Nordic 
  • 3 Tour dates to choose from.
  • Each tour has 4 snowshoe session
  • Drop in dates available for January Tour
  • open to all fitness & experience levels & all genders
  • Adult and 16years plus
  • Cost: $40, includes rentals
  • A day pass or Annual membership is required to participate in any WNSC programs or events. Visit our membership page to purchase your membership
Please note:
  • A day pass or membership is required to access the snowshoe trails at WNSC
  • The purchase of a day pass or membership includes all assumption of risk and liability
  • Absolutely NO walking or snowshoeing on the groomed classic or skate cross country ski trails during the Winter months - even on dog trails. Walkers should use other trail systems in the County or City during the Winter
  • Snowshoeing on cross country ski trails creates additional work for our paid groomer
  • If you have to cross a groomed classic trail, please step over the track carefully to avoid damaging it
  • Please stay on marked snowshoeing trails ONLY! They are marked with the yellow diamonds and ribboning tape
  • Wildlife frequent all trails at WNSC - we recommend that you travel in a group and be informed
  • When parking at the trail heads, do not leave any valuables in your vehicle
