We know our trails are a mecca for group activities, boot camps and outings year round - be it on foot, mountain bike or skis. However, as stewards of this land under a recreation lease to the County of Grande Prairie and Alberta Environment & Parks, Wapiti Nordic Ski Club requires groups to follow our Trail Group Use Guidelines:

• Advance permission must be acquired from the Club Executive before conducting group activities or events on our trails - see Event & Group Use Application Form here
• We DO NOT rent for weddings or social gathering with alcohol (ie. dances, birthdays, parties...etc.).
• As a condition of approval, all group participants must complete the WNSC waiver, plus hold their own group insurance policy naming WNSC as an "additional insured" or make alternative arrangements as per the application form above.  
• Wapiti Nordic Ski Club reserves the right to revoke access to a group if guidelines are not followed
• A day use or flat rate fee will be assigned to the group based on the type of access required.
